Refund Policy

Getting your macarons to you is a top priority for The Shropshire Macaron Co.

We send your order out 1st class postage with Royal Mail. Your order should be delivered the next working day after the specific postal date, however please allow up to three (3) working days before contacting us.

If your order does not arrive, or arrives after the ‘best before date’, then you will be entitled to a refund of the value of the macarons. The refund total is the price you paid, minus the postage costs incurred by The Shropshire Macaron Co.

If your order was not posted, then you will be contacted directly by The Shropshire Macaron Co explaining the reason your order was not processed or dispatched, and you will be entitled to a full refund.
