Gingerbread (DF) – Warming ginger buttercream.

Mint Chocolate – Classic dark chocolate ganache with a cool refreshing mint finish.

Baileys – Is it even Christmas if you haven’t had a glass?  Well now its in a macaron – baileys infused white chocolate ganache. You’re welcome.

Mince Pie (DF) – Christmas = mince pies. So we’ve put the filling into a macaron for extra decadence (our recipe is gluten free unlike the traditional filling)

Chocolate Orange – Dark chocolate orange ganache.

Hazelnut Praline – Homemade hazelnut praline in a white chocolate ganache.

Salted Caramel – Decadent caramel with loads of salted butter.

Chocolate – Rich dark chocolate ganache.

Pistachio – White chocolate ganache with a pistachio praline mixed through

Vanilla (D.F) – vanilla buttercream goodness.

Raspberry (D.F) – Homemade raspberry jam.

Shropshire Damson – Our award winning macarons – Shropshire damson white chocolate ganache, with a damson jam centre.
