Pineapple D.F – Delicious tropical pineapple jam

Dark Chocolate, Ginger and Lemon – Dark chocolate ganache laced with ginger powder, around a zingy lemon curd.

Cinnamon Swirl D.F – Delicious buttercream with loads of cinnamon.

Blueberry and Lemon – Blueberry ganache with a lemon curd centre.
